Managing Director role:


  • A proven record of success in senior level general or commercial management, possibly in care services or similar industry, and, ideally delivering a range of services.
  • Experience of successfully working in a strategic leadership role at an appropriately senior level
  • Experience of change management and of leading teams through transformation
  • Clear commercial operation and experience of developing business opportunities and linking the company’s overall strategy with its performance
  • A track record of successful management of equivalent resources – both staff and budgets
  • Experience of working in a politically sensitive environment and an understanding of the flexibility such an environment requires
  • Successful experience of collaboration and developing strategic relationships with partners in both the public and private sectors
